Horrible food - they just gave one slice of bread and 1 egg for breakfast but charged hefty No reception staff or any other house keeping staff were available post 8 pm The resort was located in a haunted place there was no means to but water also in the night Average rooms no beach view Dont suggest for anyone in future

I am not satisfied with quality of food and room.a/c was not working good. Toiletries like bath soap was not available. Furniture in room was too old..only good thing is mattress which was good and swimming pool was good. Otherwise not recommended.

We faced internet issue multiple times, had to use different wifi passwords many times. Breakfast was sometimes served non veg even though we mentioned it as veg. Hotel view mentioned as garden view, but actually there was not any real garden view. Staff was helpful.

It was a terrible stay. Credit goes to Make my trip.. They have pathetic hotels listed on their app..misrepresented info regarding property..They don’t even verify the property and they don’t even care about the other person’s problem which they are facing at the property..I personally called them some 20-30 times citing problem faced at langkawi property on my international roaming but they don’t care..Just one answer which they give is “our team is working on your problem “.. I am deleting MMT app as I feel cheated by them..They just spoiled my vacation...

Room was not appropriate, first day of our stay flush of the washroom was not working, they changed our room but it was around midnight and in the second room which they changed were also not good, there was a big rat in room. It was a very uncomfortable stay. At the time of checkout nobody was available at the reception to attend the guests.

Hardly guests footfall in the property. Water in the room is charged. Restaurant, gym all are closed and not in use. Breakfast is horrible - just 2 options in some corner of the resort. Property is not maintained. As per employees, post covid it is run with lot of difficulty. Stay away. Wrong representation of the property on the travel apps.

Horrible due to lonely place

Hotel areas looking as horrible. At night there was a lizard on the wardrobe gate. And we are not satisfied with this. Our booking for 3 night's but we stay 1 night anyway & next day change' another hotel property. They hotelier refund us 2 night's money, that's was good.
