Place was great, walkable to Tokyo station. The room was decent size. The breakfast was ok, but no so much gluten free stuff

Room is clean. Beddings not upto the standard that i prefer. The hotel management throws rule-book at every request. I wonder if they have excuse book to deny guest request. The manager’s assistant is rude and doesn’t know how to talk. The buffet area is in different premises and food is delivered from buffet to room.

Good hotel for business stay and all basic facilities available. Centrally located at otemachi and rooms are also reasonably sized vis-a-via other hotels. Must visit for a business trip and will recommend to all. Will come and again stay during another trip. Good breakfast is laaos available
