    The most important thing found unique was the helpful nature and enthusiasm of the staff to provide assistance to the visitors. . In particular the gentleman who was there at time of check in I could listen to his way of talking to other customers was unbelievable and out of the way helping and guiding them

    Goodexcellent, I had no problem of travel or food. For me food was the constrants. I could walk half a mile and could find my indian restaurant so excellent place to stay. Vatican church is half mile from hotel.

    Location is good .. But no water in washroom and kitchen sink tap. WiFi not working first day ... Network great problem in room. Staff not ready listen and solve issue. It's was like it is as it is! No complimentary water bottle city tax very high EURO 3 per person per night .. English breakfast limited quantity. Overall good BUT needs improvement
