Guests appreciate the fantastic location of this property, just a stone's throw from the train station and major attractions. The friendly staff and amazing rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the Duomo are also highlights. I was given two twin beds despite my request of a king bed. At 11 in the night I was making bed with the house keeping. Next day I was moved to another room and there was no water in the tap, I was told it will take an entire day to fix it. So we had no water for the day and the second night. That's what happened and then late evening I see the toilet is leaking with water on the floor. That's the third night. The hotel staff was rude and the management was not helpful at all. None should book this hotel. Complete wastage of my money.
