Firstly we were not given king beds as per the reservation made by us in your app . They gave us queen beds and flatly refused that you have given no information to the hotel regarding king beds. What is the use of booking with you if the hotel does not honour your booking.

The hotel is conveniently located on the S-Bahn route and is at a walk able distance from City Center. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Only one thing that i didn't like was the room size. They are really small.
