Firstly when we reached the hotel, they shifted to their another hotel as they said they dont have electricity, which we found very unprofessional but they provided us with a car and immediate booking. The other hotel was decent with all the amenties but the room was small. Overall an average experience.

The hotel was bad our room had water dripping noise whole time. The other room was not having bathroom door getting closed. Breakfast was pathetic they didn't offer anything apart from breads and jam for vegetarians and that too you cannot take more than 2 pc bread per head.

We expected a lot from grand cititel central siagon, given its central location, but were very disappointed. The room was decent and had all the amenities, but the food and kitchen staff were the worst. They don't speak a word of english and were very rude. We didn't mind the language barrier as it was expected but the lack of any sort of service oriented mind-set was shocking. It was almost like they just wanted their guests to pay the money and not turn up. Refused to give us butter when we requested them and there were almost no vegetarian options. Definitely avoid as there are much better hotels nearby. Location was the only plus point being centrally located in district 1 close to all the tourist hotspots. The reception staff and the security were the only exceptions. They were really nice and tried their best to salvage what was otherwise the worst hotel experience of our lives. The swimming pool is nothing but a large bath tub. Don't go by the pictures. I would have given this 0 stars if it wasn't for the really helpful security guards and the reception staff.
