Great apartment but not at good location

Apartment is one of the best you will find in hanoi. Its very neat and clean and very friendly staff with good communication skills. Room has every facilities you will need. Its main attraction is its indoor swimming pool with temperature control and has the best view of west lake. Only problem is its location. If you are tourist and looking for fun then tay ho is not for you. The neighbourhood is totally deserted. Absolutely no place to visit around it. Lion mall close to it is empty. West lake is quite stinky. If you are tourist book hotel at old quarters. If coming for business trip then definitely stay here.

Great apartment but not at good location

Apartment is one of the best you will find in hanoi. Its very neat and clean and very friendly staff with good communication skills. Room has every facilities you will need. Its main attraction is its indoor swimming pool with temperature control and has the best view of west lake. Only problem is its location. If you are tourist and looking for fun then tay ho is not for you. The neighbourhood is totally deserted. Absolutely no place to visit around it. Lion mall close to it is empty. West lake is quite stinky. If you are tourist book Oakwood residence Hanoi at old quarters. If coming for business trip then definitely stay here.

Neat, clean, spacious & well serviced apartment, near to city center and easily accessible with public taxis. Daily needs are available at walking distance and also many good eateries nearby. Late checkin is issue for travellers going from india so plan your sightseeing accordingly.

All great. Only feedback get your staff better trained in a couple of intl languages ie english/french/spanish. Also u need to quieten down the noise in swim area
