I had opted for deluxe room with city view which had good space as shown in the pictures of each rooms. But when we checked in the room did not have a window nor walking space. After informing the hotel, the manager told me to cancel the booking and then he would give big room. But i denied to cancel as i had already done the payment. At last he gave us a bigger room with city view. Heater in the ac was not working. Hotel looks good from the out but inside it seems to be slightly old. Anyway we had to adjust as we were hardly staying during the day in the room as we had tours planned for the whole day.

Location is the biggest plus, every restaurant or shop is within a km. Rooms are clean and pretty well maintained. Some of the rooms have zero sunlight as the windows are sealed due to neighbouring building.

Location is good if you are looking to explore hanoi old quarter and city. Rooms are clean and have all basic amenities. Only drawback was the room we got during our day2 did not have any windows. So if you are someone who can't stay without windows then not a great choice.

Highly disappointed. Nothing was Posh about the Hotel. Won't recommend at all.
The rooms were dingy and very small. Won't recommend at all. Better options available in Hanoi
