Food and stay was ok. But the general attitude of the front desk reception staff was appalling. Firstly without doing a proper check, they refused to include the breakfast in my package even though it was a part of it. Forced me to get a re confirmation from my booking agent and once that was done, they refunded the breakfast charge. But the front desk’s talk and demeanour during the whole episode was terrible and did not reflect Hiltons spirit of customer service. So far from it, they started even mocking me. Left a sour taste in my mouth.
