Worst stay ever

We reached at 3 am to the hotel and were offered a different room without an option. 2 of us had to sleep on the sofa cum bed irrespective of booking a double queen bed. There were no dental kits, no fresh towels, bad room lighting and were not given any resolution as promised at the time of checkout, in fact the manager started arguing to a point where we had to cut the conversation as it was pointless. Overall it was a horrible experience.
