Breakfast was not good. Whatever was empty they could not refilled the same. No water bottle in the room. A/c was not working after giving complaint also they have not attended.

Stayed here for 9 days, AC was good WiFi was good, receptionist was ok some times acted rudely especially when I asked her charge my door open card, room door handle had a problem, for paying so much for the hotel they can include complimentary breakfast, after all these I enjoyed my stay .

Stayed for 3 days in this hotel, the room was upgraded they said but not up to the mark, too much noise in the out door of the room, and some one was trying to open my room door when I was inside, may be by mistake, bed room switch was not working, AC was good, Wifi was good, breakfast is too expensive, breakfast can be add for every one who stay in the hotel, for good gesture.

The stay was nice, rooms were clean but its too far from central London takes approx 45 min to reach and there is no parking on site. Nearest parking is 200 meters away but on the other side of the road and you have to cross a deserted subway every time. Parking is expensive as well but if you validate the ticket from hotel reception its 6 pound for 24 hours but one entry only.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The hotel is less than 10 mins walk from Croydon east station. The room was clean and staff was helpful in providing us a quiet room. We didn't opt for breakfast. Overall the hotel was value for money.

Jurys Inn is about an hour away from the London central but easily located near metro station. The staff were courteous and always eager to help taking care of our small requests. We had complimentary breakfast with our stay. Its a bit boring when its repeated everyday the same with no alterations in the menu. Other than that the hospitality of Jurys Inn is just lovely.
