Front desk staff were very helpful and polite,breakfast had a good spread and tasty too but the lunch/dinner included in the booking is very poor and tasteless,there was lots of sound coming from outside due to near by constructions.

The hotel is very good n well maintained n the location wise its really worth its very near to dubai mall and burj khalifa n this hotel offers a different view n it’s really good but only few negative points are cleaning the rooms daily takes lot of time till we say they wont come soon and breakfast wise keep more nice indian options

Courteous staff and super clean and artistic property. 10 mins drive to major attractions in downtown. Breakfast can be improved but still superb customer service from big-mac and aamna to make our stay memorable.

The location was very near to dubai mall, the hotel and the staff were excellent. If i had a pet peeve it would be that the breakfast was repetitive other than that no qualms.

This property is in heart of downtown and 2. 8kms from burj khalifa/dubai mall metro station. Breakfast spread was good, rooms were good clean and fresh but only felt little small in size. Overall we had good stay for 5 days and value for money.
