Our stay at Gravity Hotel in Abu Dhabi was very disappointing. The receptionist was rude, there was no convenient parking, and the room was shockingly small, with only two small water bottles provided—additional bottles were charged extra with tax, which felt unreasonable. After we checked out, we were forced to wait for an inspection before they would return the key. I’ve stayed at many hotels across the UAE, and this was by far the worst experience. Not recommended.

Where to even start. The check in process was a mess, the staff was not even willing to help, showing zero compassion. After a long session of arguing also they didn’t refund. Who would not compromise even the slighest. Would not recommend at all!
