But loss hotel is very bad really, no respect when communication and refuse to change the room, the room not for human, i stay maximum of time out and couldn’t sleep there, they refuse to change room or refund the money, room is infected and causing breathing and lungs people. It was horrible stay in loss hotel, when arguing with them they said to ask your agent which book me to refund and start shouting and clear said go out and no money. Call agent which booked you,
