The property is well-located and offers spacious rooms along with a wide selection of food and beverages, which are commendable aspects. However, the housekeeping standards are extremely poor. Hygiene in the restrooms was not maintained properly, and I found the bed linens unacceptable — there was hair on the bed and stains on the sheets, seemingly from a previous guest. Overall, it’s just an average property that has significant room for improvement, especially in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Very bad behavior of the staff and the reception staff

The room was a couple room but they had given 2 single beds in the room. On asking the reception again and again no one was bothered about it. The concierge was not willing to help and telling us anything about the city. Very rude behavior. would not recommend anyone to go there.

The 4 night stay at the hotel was great and satisfying. We also got an upgrade to suite wit a stunning sea view. Our all inclusive package was worth it, it had something to offer for everyone. All the staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. All the requests were fulfilled.
