Property was good; however check in and check out process took very long. Property is very beautiful and scenic and there is a lot of exploring to do

We stayed 3 days and 4 nights at Thavorn Beach Village Resort & Spa and loved the upgrade to a spacious pool villa, which was perfect for our family. The staff were warm and attentive, making check-in and our entire stay very smooth. The resort was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. Great for families, they offer a kids’ play area and friendly animals that entertained our little one. The food was excellent, with a vast breakfast buffet featuring Thai and international options. Best of all, the resort has its own private beach—quiet and perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend for a comfortable, family-friendly Phuket getaway.

It was great experience staying at this resort. The best part was pet session every evening where my kids used to pet animals get close with them. They also have multi activities to enjoy. A private beach which is best to spend time at evening. Highly recommend one to stay

Gorgeous place. Prestine clean beach, polite staff, and great location by the beach. We stayed in beach view cottages and they were very beautiful . Pool is divine and gorgeous. We are definitely coming back to stay longer.

The resort exceeded my expectations. The staff, the ambience was beautifull. Breakfast should not be missed here as it has so much variety with authentic thai flavours which is why i had booked the place in the first place. I hope i can visit the place again.

A pleasant and peaceful getaway! even the first line tropical garden villa is 25m away from the beach. and it's all so serene! the staff were super friendly and overall a very nice and pleasant stay!

Amazing property with beautiful views. They have their own private beach. Food is alright but very less veg options

Hotel is decent staff is good! But if you take rooms at hillside it becomes very difficult to come to hotel and the buggy takes time to come down! You cannot swim at the beaches because of the rocks! If you are vegetarian breakfast in not for you! There is continuous voice of other rooms coming to your room

It’s located in between mountain. Hotel view in night time is awesome, looks like fairy tell . Staff are very kind. Resort maintained perfectly.

The property was mindblowing to say the least. The rooms and the view was absolutely stunning & just what was shown in the pictures. The breakfast spread was too good & so was the staff. I will definitely visit again as I loved my stay.

I had a very bad experience at Thavorn Village Resort, booked through MMT, despite the property having good infrastructure and nice rooms. We stayed in a terrace bath room which is far from the lobby and completely dependent on cart service, but with only two carts for 200+ rooms, the wait times were frustrating. Check-in was delayed by 2 hours, room phones were initially not working, bathroom locks were broken, and even basic requests like water or towels took 40–60 minutes. Guests are even expected to pick and drop pool towels directly at the reception after 5 PM, which is highly inconvenient and never mentioned beforehand. On top of that, there are no changing rooms near the pool, and the so-called beach access is just rocks, completely different from the misleading photos online. To compensate, the resort keeps offering complimentary items, which is not at all sufficient, and when concerns were raised, the duty manager admitted they receive such complaints daily but management does nothing to resolve them. Overall, while the property itself looks good, the lack of hospitality and extremely poor service ruined the entire stay.

Property is indeed very pretty and huge.. but services r not that good..our checkin was scheduled at 3 pm but we didn't get the keys till 4 pm.. apparently the room was not ready..and the rooms are very far from reception for which we have to take cable car or baggi..We had an unfortunate incident with the cable car ..It broke down while we were coming down endangering our lives .. so it should be used at your own risk..
