We booked a deluxe category room which was very useless. It is a very old hotel. The breakfast is also just okay. There is nothing to eat .....The hotel is on a very high hill and it is very difficult for those who walk. You cannot come without a taxi ... The hotel free taxi can take you wherever you want and can also take you back.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel looks very old and is in need of renovation. Cleanliness was not up to standard, as the rooms and common areas did not feel properly maintained. Another major issue is the hotel’s location on a hill. Many drivers hesitate to drive up, and some even ask guests to walk down for pickup and drop-off. Others charge extra due to the difficult access, which adds to the inconvenience. Additionally, despite the booking mentioning complimentary water bottles, they only provided two. Basic amenities like slippers, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were also missing, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their facilities and services.
