Worst experience-

This was a prepaid booking but check-in time was 4 PM (very late compared to normal 12–2 PM). I arrived at 5 PM but was denied check-in unless I paid security deposit (much higher than usual 200–500). I even offered my passport + 500 Baht, but they refused and left me stranded with luggage until I arranged cash, finally checking in at 8 PM. The next morning, the staff me to vacate sharply at 12 with no flexibility. I requested 30 mins to pack and eat breakfast but was denied and rushed out in 10 mins. Extremely rude and behavior. On top of this, the rooftop pool (main reason I booked) was under maintenance and not mentioned anywhere in the listing Room was clean and location fine, but the overall hospitality was arrogant and unacceptable. Complete waste of money. I strongly advise against booking this property.
