Next to awesome. One of the best experience I have ever had in Pattaya. Awesome beach view. Very quiet place. For family one of the best location in Pattaya but who want to enjoy night life, air from the walking street and bars. If we choose this Royal Beach View Hotel Pattaya and enjoy night life as well so we have to pay minimum for Thai boat per day. Who want to enjoy relaxing holiday there is no any other choice at this price. Staff was very well behaved. There is a guest entry charge. As well as smoking in balcony but if you want to smoke in rooms so be careful you have to keep clean your room before housekeeping comes. So overall experiment was superb.

The Royal Beach View Hotel Pattaya staff is very polite and humble. My first day, it was raining and Royal Beach View Hotel Pattaya does not have the facility of renting the bikes, but the guy at the front desk assured that he will take me on his bike to a local bike renting outlet. They bargained also and gave me a cheap deal.
My stay at the Royal Beach View Hotel Pattaya was fantastic, very huge and spacious rooms with a sea view, room were very clean and maintained. The pool at the 2 floor was small, but Yes as their was no one when I was swimming so that was not a problem, but anyways 4.5 star to this property.

The place was a bit far from the central part of Pattaya. In about 10 mins of a scooter ride you will reach the main beach road and walking street but the apartment was just amazing! It had a great view of 270 degrees. Huge hall to party. Polite staff and almost a private pool if your going for a swim in the afternoon. Out of 10, I would give 9 rating.

It's an excellent property situated near jomtien beach. The jomtien beach is very neat and clean and peaceful area. The rooms of the property is very big. Staffs are very cooperative, they give full support and help to resolve any issue. I recommend this property to stay for real enjoyment

Overall Royal Beach View Hotel Pattaya is very great. Big room space, near to private Beach. No noise. Really value for money.

Very nice place to stay, away from crowd. Beautiful place for relax. Very much near from the beach. Near by Indian restaurant as well as the seven eleven. Money exchange facility was also available. Recommend every time.
