good location, comfortable rooms, beautifully maintained swimming pol and tasty Indian dishes in breakfast. Front Desk staff very helpful.

Extremely courteous, helpful and polite front office staff. Special mention of Fern,Bow,Poly, Fremantle,Jane &Ri. Bell boys too were very good. Rating Poor because MMT did not gave them information about us or the hotel did not wanted to give a couple a king size bed which was mentioned in my booking breakfast is good for indian but the lady making egg is rude rooms are old and photos does not justify location is good near to beach and walking street

I was having a hectic week due to my project goals and everything but this hotel and the vibe of it the pool area the gym oh my good i can not explain seriously this was a therapy to stay . I am definately going again

This hotel not give me drinking water for free like RO water they charges 40 bath for 1 water bottle of 500 mL and also my freind just smoke in my room so they demand for penalty for 2000 bath

Got 2 twin beds instead of 1 double bed! No help from either the hotel or MMT! Breakfast is also not upto the mark for Indians!

We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and our checking was at 2 pm. The hotel staff was courteous and prompt to keep our luggage in the luggage room while we enjoyed our day filled with amazing activities. Breakfast options were good. Stay was smooth, rooms clean and spacious. Area around swimming pool is instagram worthy. Bazaars, beach, restaurant, malls are at 5 mins walking distance. Lucky organized our koh Larn island trip and we had the best experience of our lives. Pu at the travel counter arranged comfortable transport for us to the airport. Kik and Pond at the reception were very helpful. Good hotel to stay with kids.

Great location, close to main road, easy to get tuk tuk, many restaurants, shopping mall, indian food close to property. Room with Balcony and huge swimming pool. Overall a good stay.

Nice location, clean rooms , best ambience , best for family stay. We had a superb time here, kids enjoyed at the swimming pool too. Staff is very well behaved and polite. Surely recommended for family stays.

I was initially unsure about booking Heeton, given its modest ratings However, I eventually booked two rooms. After staying here, I feel this hotel could be rated 4.5 — but it falls short due to a few key issues that affect the guest experience. 1. Room Readiness & Cleanliness: Despite booking the rooms from the previous day to avoid early check-in issues, we were given a room filled with mosquitoes (around 10–15). After an overnight flight and a 2.5-hour drive from Bangkok to Pattaya, this was extremely frustrating — especially for a tired family of five including an infant. A room change was only arranged after 30 minutes. 2. Lack of Hospitality During Issues: When a guest faces inconvenience, a little gesture goes a long way. No manager or senior staff member approached us to apologise or even take feedback. That simple interaction could have salvaged a lot — and earned an extra star from me. 3. Reception & Waiting Area Comfort: The reception area is open and without air conditioning — a serious discomfort in Pattaya’s hot and humid climate. Even some fans or coolers would help ease the experience for waiting guests. 4. Room & Bathroom Design: Rooms don’t have wardrobes — which immediately gives a 3-star feel rather than the 4-star classification they claim. Bathroom floors are extremely slippery. Avoid using the provided bathroom slippers; they make things worse. The hotel should invest in anti-skid tiles. The bathroom sliding doors with unsightly latches feel like an afterthought in design. Positives: The food deserves a 4/5.Staff politeness is impeccable — 5/5.The hotel mostly accommodates families, which keeps the atmosphere peaceful. While many of the shortcomings could be overlooked, welcoming guests — especially those with infants — into a mosquito-filled room is unacceptable. And not taking feedback or showing concern compounds the problem. That’s exactly where they lose that vital 1-star.

Hotel was good ! Good location near to the market and beach ! Staff was also very good ! In breakfast too many varieties available even indian food is also available .
