Terrible Stay

This hotel is strictly not for families, it is only for boom boom. while checkin the lady took us to their other hotel "New Orchid Inn" by 15 minutes walk with our entire luggage. All the ladies in reception are racist and hates Indians extremely. Very very very rude behavior. When thai govt is welcoming Indians with free visa offer, these racist people just ruin country's fame. Whereas they are surviving because of Indian tourists. Room was shabby but AC was perfect. It was inside a narrow lane in Nana Plaza and you literally have push the boom boom lady-boys to make your way. this is not a paid review. If you still want to stay here, then please get well soon
