I stayed there and it was all good but then I lost my cash I kept in the room under the bed, I was so terrified to know that I lost my cash, I wasn't left with anything and the hotel reception staff didn't do anything

Terrible Hotel Never Recommended to stay

We have confirmed booking for 12th and 13th April 2025 but After reaching to hotel they denied to provide room, Saying that rooms are not available. It was mental harassment given by them as we travel from India for the sonkran festival due to their non humen behavior we have to rome around the city with luggage to search new room. we get a room in ibis for one day and next day to other hotel. This hotel doesn't provide us accommodation and charged money as it was booking so full amount was paid in advance. due to their unprofessional behavior we have to book other hotels for inr approx 10000 for two days and money taken by them was around 4000 so i want my full amount as refund

When i went to the hotel, they said there was no room. They told me they were recommending another hotel. I surprised. I trusted orchid house. But i faces surprised. Finally after long argument they given room to me. I am totally disappointed. Given room in 4th floor. I feel after long argument. They given punishment through giving room in 4th floor. Please don't encourage this type of hotela

I stayed for 3 nights in orchid house as a solo traveller. Though the room was small, it had a tv, refrigerator, ac and hot water. Cleanliness was maintained and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and arranged additional water bottles on request. The location is very good and within half a kilometre of nana buts station. You will be able to find several restaurants in the neighborhood, thai, indian and other cuisines. There is seven eleven super market just next door. Given all these factors, the price was quite reasonable. Overall, i enjoyed my stay at orchid house.
