Very friendly staff. They got the room cleaned and gave us an early check in. Fluke and dome make you feel at home. good variety of food..almost nothing in Indian. which I personally didn't care much. but menu is repeat that needs to be looked upon. for Indian cuisine there is a restaurant across the road. excellent location..very vibrant. There is a mall next door and pubs across the road. terminal 21 is walkable. if you need a BTS..you need to take Phrom pong station which is walkable. if not then asok which opens up at terminal 21 mall.

The hotel services were worst a) for 2 days air conditioning service was off from 9am to 3pm for scheduled maintenace then why did they take bookings…we had breakfast in heat with no air conitioning, in rooms no power was working like iron, dryers etc b) our rooms lights were not working we asked them to change they said it can only be changed after 3pm and we agreed …without our permission they moved our belonging to another room but Nicky ding hand bags with valuables. C) serious hygiene issues in the hotel…this us most pathetic experience in Thailand

We didn't try the food. The location was good. the staff was very good, but the stay wasn't pleasant they need to update their ac's, the tvs they are still using 90s tv , I feel needs improvement on the room upgrades

The location is quite phenomenal as it's quite in the centre of the shopping space and close to a lot of Indian restaurants. We found the room a lil congested for three people with one extra bed, but was ok for one night. The staff, services were really good

One feedback related to hotel restaurant employee ms. Ae which is doing rude misbehave with me as well as with my 1. 5 year daughter regarding asking for dinner. As i had booked package of breakfast, lunch or dinner to have tension free regarding food along with room but hotel restaurant staff ms. Ae told me they dont provide any veg. Food to me as well as to my 1. 5 year old daughter instead she rudely misbehave even with baby daughter instead of giving any food to baby. After so much struggling with hotel restaurant she gave me menu which has only 2 veg dish and that doesn't have any indian bread in menu. So, what to eat. I enclosed the same menu for your reference. Now tell whats the benefit of booking lunch or dinner along with room. As well as room condition is so old and not hygienic and clean.
