Hotel was in between all the major night life bars and famous matkets. 7/11 just adjacent to the hotel to grab a quick snack. Rooms were clean. Had a comfortable stay.

During my stay from December 30th to January 1st, your staff displayed shocking unprofessionalism and outright dishonesty, ruining my experience. On December 31st, your concierge quoted an extortionate fare of 3,000-4,000 THB for a taxi to Icon Siam. I secured my own taxi for 500 THB, but one of your waiters deliberately interfered despite my clear instructions not to. He misled the taxi driver, causing him to cancel, and sabotaged my arrangements. WHO IS HE ???!!! When I reported this outrageous behavior to the front desk, they did nothing to address it. This is unacceptable. Your staff’s actions are not just unprofessional—they are UNETHICAL, DISGUSTING AND DECEITFUL. Your hotel’s behavior is a disgrace to Bangkok.

I am staying in this hotel since last 2 days but there is no options available in breakfast. Hotel is also far from main city. No indian item available in breakfast. Also one more thing swimming pool is very small.
