The hotel was very dirty and old. The rooms were old and smelly. The receptionist gave me the room in which already a customer was staying. This incident was at night 11.30pm imagining opening room in which already some customer was staying. Food was stale. Rooms were smelly bathroom is so old and smell terrible If someone gives me free stay too i won't stay there

Stayed for a night. The checkin was fast and easy. The room was clean and clutter free. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The carpets have seen better days and had a musty smell. And this was throughout the hallways and room. We had the buffet breakfast which was really good. The selection of food and the ambience was very good. The best part was the convenience due to the proximity to the don mung airport. They mention that they have free shuttle service to chatuchak, but in actual it's not provided. In all we had a good stay.

I booked amari considering its name but it was horrible experience. Rooms were not upto mark. Washroom ceiling came down in my room. Housekeeping services were not upto satisfaction. Room was changed and in new room water was tripping on bed from sprinkler. Worst part was no option except bread, fruits for vegetarian.

There is no control to switch off the air-conditioning, it's too cold, even if we keep the temperature to 30 degree on thermostat, room temperature remains less than 20 degree. They must employ digital thermostat control to control the air-conditioning. Now its a very old mechanical thermostat.
