Great property but poor services

It was a beautiful property. Perfect location. But the services need a lot better management. There was no room service available as the phone was not working. The reception was completely ignorant of the fact that the guests have to walk 500 meters to get water or soap. It would have been a lovely experience if not for the service.

Pretty nice Hotel and Breakfast was great. It's in Sandton area but Sandton is big area. I could not go around to see what all were near to the hotel as was not well. But the staff and services were excellent. I stayed for four nights. Definitely will stay in this hotel incase I ever visit Johannesburg.

Stayed in this beautiful boutique hotel for 5 nights and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and cosy. Loved the sitting area of the hotel with its fireplace and since winter had just set in, made use of this space quite often.

It's a good experience being there especially the courtesy by the front desk staff. Overall, I was happy with my friends and will recommend to be there. The location is good and closeness to the city also. Plus they give you complimentary shuttle service from 10 to 8 for 5 km.
