Great location of the hotel

The hotel is present in the heart of Georgetown. Great location and the room was nice either. Closer to little inside. So had no issues in finding Indian food. Walkable distance to street art which is one of the greatest attractions in Penang. Not heavy on pockets too. Must recommended.

It is a tasteless hotel. All their 'taste' is in the reception and online photographs. Find a better place for yourself. Not worthy of your valuable money.
I didn't like the room because there was no fan in the room. AC took too much time to cool the room. AC does not work properly. Each time I get out of the room, the AC, like other electrical devices, gets switched off. They don't give water. Rooms are cleaned during my absence. Only one plug point, at a distant place from the bed. No chair in the room. No aesthetic touch whatsoever inside the room, looks a jaundiced one.
