Hotel staff even manager is not co operative nor helpful. Only 1 line your booking is via agent talk to agent. I booked and paid for 4 breakfast but they allowed only 2 person after arrival and 4th we checked out at 3am. As per them make my trip is cheater and thy paid only for 2 breakfast and charged u for 4 and confirmed. Am going to go legal for this cheating with make my trip

The hotel is conveniently located at 5 mins walking distance from twin towers, the service was just superb, one of the best properties i have recently stayed in, we arrived earlier than the check in time but the staff was kind enough to arrange a room for us and even gave us breakfast before the check in as we had kids along with us, overall the stay was nice and would recommend this property to everyone

The stay overall was very pleasant. Can’t complain of the room view from 24th floor. From one side it’s city view while other side is just high raise towers. KL tower or Twin towers are not visible from the hotel room. Rooms - very clean and spacious. Nothing to complain about, beds are very comfortable. Prime location and ease access to transportation and foodstuffs. Walking distance to twin towers.
