Check in was quick and easy. We had by e-mail requested for early check in as we were reaching by 12.30. They gave us early check for which we are thankful. Lobby is excellent with different areas of sitting. In the lobby on a rack all information is available for the places of interest and what is the best transport (bus/train/subway) to reach those places. Room was spacious , clean & well equipped. We enjoyed the Tatami area which was part of our room. Only bath area we felt was small . Room does not have views inspite of taking a big size room. Had to keep curtains down as all buildings around. Restricted House keeping service where bed sheets changing and room mopping are done every 3 days. Rest all services are done daily Good quality night dress for each guest is kept in room, which is replaced every day. The Hotel has a lounge in the basement with a good sitting area, complimentary drinks, juices, tea,coffee , cookies & nuts . There is a gym , laundry area and hot water bath with minerals for guests ( seperate for men & women). Welcome drink coupon is given which you can have anytime at your convienience from the restaurant welcome drink menu. Staff at all levels were very sweet, helpful & co-operative. Location very convienient close to two subway station , 7/11 and Fresco just 2 mts away, 15 mts walk to Kyoto station and 15 mts to Nishi area. Enjoyed our stay. It is value for money. Recommended

Location is good, near subway station and local stores. Vegetarian options are almost zero, they meed to provide at-least some veg options. The lounge is good
