Food was bad. Breakfast was not having enough options for vegetarians. Food being served was stale, cold, and overcooked. I will not recommend this property. This is overpriced and not worth. Property is not live and not with enough activities.

The room was good and the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was ok, limited options for vegetarians.

Stayed at W, and was the best experience ever among my complete stay in Bali. Great hospitality, awesome ambience, happening property and kid-friendly as well. The room were great, especially the ocean view room. Did not want to go away from the place and 4 days felt so short. Highly recommended property for everyone.
