Location is far from the happening center, you have nothing absolutely nothing close to this place. Service - all the hotel management care about is money! that's it!
From the Reception to the Restaurant to the SPA! Everyone was concerned about just making more money! Everything that they spoke about was money and nothing beyond that! Whats worse! you cannot store liquor from outside in the fridge! As per their rules more than 3 bottles in the fridge you will be charged for it! I mean there were better or bigger hotels that we have stayed in throughout and no one has these kind of weird rules!

Regarding your review, we do mention that our location is outskirt Ubud, our resort is also specially built as a sanctuary away from the hustle bustle so our guests can have their best time to relax and away from the noise. Therefor we are providing complimentary scheduled shuttle service 4 times a day and the last pick up is at 21:45 from Ubud centre. Regarding the rules about the liquor, you might misunderstand the corkage fee. Corkage fee is when you are asking us to open up your liquor especially wine. There we will charge for corkage fee. It is listed on the menu about the corkage There’s no rules in our resort that is saying that you cannot bring any liquor from outside. We have many guests before that bringing their own liquor and gave it to us to open them up, there the corkage fee is applicable. As you stayed in our resort you might notice that breakfast, 15-minutes massage, afternoon tea, scheduled yoga, scheduled shuttle service to and from Ubud center, activities like bracelet and mosaic making are all complimentary. We always try to do our best to give the best experience for our guests. We hope this information is sufficient. Thank you.

Good view from the room but poor location of the hotel

Hotel is quite far from the Ubud centre and you will not get any transport after 7 pm in the evening. Other than the location the hotel is good for a 2 day stay.

Our resort is specially built as a sanctuary away from the hustle bustle of the centre so our guests can have their best time to relax and away from the noise. Therefor we are providing complimentary scheduled shuttle service 4 times a day and the last pick up is at 21:45 from Ubud centre. So if our guests want to go out and want to go back to the resort they can take the shuttle which is provided by us. Thank you so much for your input so we can keep on improving our service.
