The room was amazing but a few staff members were trying to be overs-mart and help westerns over indians. My health was bad but i was still given under-cooked rice which was replaced on calling it out but otherwise the room service was super slow. Also, even after requesting that instead of a deposit we can clear the bill at the checkout we were harassed with innumerable calls to clear every little amt immediately, even though we had called out about the health part. Also the wifi was poor and the food was basic. There is no beach view from this hotel. The service and hospitality needs to become better. However i appreciate these specific people only who were amazing who ultimately helped my husband get the medicines. June at the choka bar, dharma and vivian i think at the asian restaurant's night shift. Every other person either laughed or mocked on our situation throughout the property. It was very very uncomfortable stayinh at a 5star with such low standards

Excellent property for a luxury stay in uluwatu

I stayed at radisson blu uluwatu with wife for 4 nights in sept’22. This is the review for the same. Location and accessibility: 5/5 hotel is situated in a really good place. It is close to padang padang, uluwatu and dreamland beach as well as uluwatu temple. It takes just 5-15 mins by 2 wheeler to access any of these places. Property and rooms: 5/5 property is really beautiful and well-maintained. We stayed at panoramic view rooms and rooms were spacious, comfortable. Esp nice was the nice balcony provided. You can’t directly see the sea through the room through. It is visible at an angle only. The swimming pool is also outstanding. Its quite big with trees to provide cover and very clean. Food and service: 4/5 service was fine. No complaints. Only in food did i find things could be better. We are vegetarians and had opted for buffet breakfast. Veg options were quite limited and also tasted okay. Given so many veg/vegan options exist outside hotel, hotel must push itself for more and tastier variety in veg. Overall a very good stay and would recommend to friends and family.
