Very unclean

The washroom was very unclean. We asked them to change our room but they didn’t have any other room. We even asked for an upgrade. They couldn’t find any solution. Even the bath towel were dirty and they didn’t provide any toiletries. Such a bad experience with this hotel. Waste of money. Please don’t go this hotel.

The place was not maintained. It's had a torn blanket, not clean curtains. The bathroom door was broken, couldn't lock. The cupboard was broken too. The kettle was unclean. The staff members not around, no proper guidance

Don't fall for the ratings- most of them are fake- hotel is pathetic

Located in a shady. The stay was pathetic and unpleasant. I have previously stayed in budget hotel during transit but this hotel was on another level of being pathetic.
Where shall i start. I called them the evening earlier to check-in, to confirm about the early check-in. The person at the reception promised me the early check-in around 10 am. But when i reached hotel at 10. 30 am, the lady at the reception declined the possibility of early check-in stating all rooms are booked and the guy who promised me the early check in mush have made the mistake. As the middle way out she promised me again the room will be ready around 12 pm, then i strolled in shopping center nearby but again at 12 pm, i got the message the room can only be ready around 1 pm. After all this haphazard when i reached hotel at 1 pm, again i had to wait at the reception for at least 20 minus. Now the room, there was no ventilation in the room. The shower in the bath room was spraying in all directions all over the bathroom. Toilets were unclean and stinky. Beware of this hotel. Don't go by the ratings, i guess most of them are fake.
