The worst 4 star category hotel on the earth.

First of all don't fall prey to 4 star status of this hotel, its not even a 2. 5 star. I had stayed in Leonardo Prague last year, a wonderful hotel, that's why I chose Leonardo Frankfurt HBF, a comfort room. What a poor decision I took! My first encounter with front desk man (Some name like Zainahullah) was a lot disappointing, a highly arrogant person, totally unfit for service industry. He handed over the room card and WiFi password, as if he was doing a big favour to me. AND when I entered the room (Self made video available) it was the biggest shock of my life. Such a third class room was offered to me as a comfort room in a so called 4 Star hotel. You don't have any space on the sides of bed. Bathroom is so tiny, you can't even stand properly. If you want to entre shower place, the toilet commode wont let the door to open. They didn't even provide complementary drinking water, I reminded at least 3 times, then this arrogant idiot Zainahullah asked me to come down to get it from the reception. ALL THAT GLITTERS, IS NOT GOLD. Summary of this hotel.

Jus outside the Hbf with good restaurants within walking distance of 500 mts. Radius. Good rooms with all necessary amenities and very good WiFi connectivity. Rooms could have been a bit bigger, but no deal breaker. A very good value for money hotel, ideal for a short stay.
