The hotel was conveniently located. The in-room food was not that great. The breakfast spread was really good. The service for food and cleaning was very slow. The rooms were clean but when cleaning was done, wasn't done how it should be. Body wash and conditioner bottles were empty. Upon asking, they filled the body wash bottle but removed the conditioner bottles altogether rather than filling it. We were also given a lower room claiming it to be the one we booked.

The stay at sheraton was amazing. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were very clean and the hotel was very clean. Must stay here when in tbilisi. It is 7-8 mins away from liberty square. The breakfast menu needs to change as it was same all days.
