Nice hotel with a very good view. But restaurant service is pathetic. Had placed order at 9pm and received food at 10:30pm. Very poor service. They are quite understaffed and everybody is just running around to fulfill the orders. Otherwise hotel is really good. House keeping is quick. It has a direct mount kazbegi view but which adds to the beauty. The infinity deck adds to the beauty.
