Huge service improvements required to meet customer satisfaction

The sevices are not being managed property. I booked suit room for my family as it indicated could occupy 4 adults. After check in infound there only 1 king bed. How and where the other of a family can sleep? on the floor? i asked the receiptionist. She answered this is our standard bed if you need additional bed, must pay 500 yuan per night. No explanation works out. Finally i had to downgrade to the normal room so that i could get a twin bed to accommodate my family members. Bath room refills to be reminded. Room make up to be reminded. To big surprise, such an international hotel chain receptionists are not all speaking basic english. Very difficult to make them understand what is "baggage/luggage" means! wifi not connecting for whole of my trip. Even after complaining, some local technician is calling and asking "calling from which hotel" breakfast does not cover good varieties of international cuisine. Coffe/tea not served and everyone has to que in one machine ( the other one not working). 24 hour hotel dining not available. Some one arriving late night from long flight cannot expect any food from hotel restaurants! front door consigige are doing good for taxi booking. I over all the hotel management may seriously start caring the customes basic needs and should improve to be in par with the international hotel chain standards, no matter whatever the stars are.
