The hotel was poor that OYO.. it does. Or even come closer to IBIS properties in India. Basic amenities like shaving kit, brushing was not available. Bed sheets and towels were not clean. For shelf, it was iron rack …it was like a dingy hotel in middle of the town ..

We (India Veg family of 2 Adults and 2 kids) stayed for 4 nights in May’25. We took 2 room as the rooms are small and no space for extra bed. Not much of veg breakfast option available in the spread but Chef took special care of us by making Veg sandwiches and Rice for us

Not welcoming staff especially the gentleman Named Aslan who was at the front desk, will explain the scenario, we initially booked for 6 nights but due to change in plan we need to checkout after 5 nights at the time of checkin we we’re early requested him can we do early checkin as we have change in plan he refused upfront ! We also requested since we staying one night less and we have breakfast including plan can we have breakfast on 19th in place of 25th he refused upfront that as well (we do understand it’s non refundable booking but still we expected these kind of small adjustments as part of customer service), rest location was perfect easy to roam around, rooms were comfortable typical ibis budget friendly crisps n clean, f&b team was good, one person has ruined entire experience..

Property was excellent but my experience trip has been awful. Made our booking for bake 1 month prior but on arriving in bake the property did not hon-our our booking and hence we were compelled to pay from our exhausted pockets. Customer service is a nightmare and a big disappointment. We were told that the senior department was always working on it but somehow failed to see if they actually did at all.

Stay away from ibis for your own safety

once i arrived at hotel they charge me the city tax more than its showing on my booking. when i asked its more you charging, they said its changed now. if you stay more than 1 night here, please take all your language with you else house keeping If you ask reception for this they denied a support their staff. basic amenities not provided. Staff is rude. house keepers are thief. hotel is not safe, some of their staff open my room open from outside in morning without knocking the door. Worst experience, if you are couple or with family avoid this at any cost. always think why this hotel seems so cheap than others.
