The hotel took early check-in charges for just check-in an hour an half before the official check in time and the room was not even cleaned properly by the housekeeping. The view outside the room was very shady. Avoid if possible.

A good Hotel for a one day stay

We just stayed for a day. The room was very small but it was okay given we just needed to stay for a day as a layover for our records and onward journey. Everything was tidy and clean. Check In and checkout was seamless. We needed to pay local tax on arrival which Makemytrip informs you in the booking.

Good Hotel with great service @ very good location

Hotel is located in very center of city and 100m from the central station metro south exit. We didn't have to check the map or ask anyone. Came out and walked for 2 min and we were in front of hotel. People at front desk were very helpful to offer early check-in or a cloak room for the luggage until the actual check-in time. We arrived early in the morning so we kept our luggage in cloak room and went out for troll after having a delicious breakfast at the hotel. We came back to hotel and had a good clean cozy room with view to the central station. Room was maintained at good temperature with additional fan if needed. We had very good time and definitely recommend the hotel for the value and service offered.

Front desk was very helpful. BreAKFAST WAS GOOD. Location is fine, may be around 650 to 800 am from nearest metro stations. And in the end, you will get what you pay for. I like the behaviour of staff. Well the hotel is bit old structurally, but all over, its a good property in case if you are okay with price.

Hotel is located in very center of city and 100m from the central station metro south exit. We didn't have to check the map or ask anyone. Came out and walked for 2 min and we were in front of Garner Hotel Vienna by IHG. People at front desk were very helpful to offer early check-in or a cloak room for the luggage until the actual check-in time.
