Terrible Stay

Worst experience, they even charge you for water. They take security deposit from you at check in saying the amt. Will be refunded at checkout but they never return the security amout.

Spacious rooms

We booked 2 rooms for our family at Shangrila in Sydney. Their rooms are pretty spacious around 40 square metres opt for the opera facing not the harbour facing rooms. The location is on the rocks which have lively clubs and bars. All the shops close early so keeping time for shopping before 5 pm. I would rate the location on rocks more than the busy overcrowded darling harbor.

Lovely stay

I had a one night co stay at the hotel. Of course the hotel lives up to its name. The rooms were sleeping. I had a partial opera view room and the view was amazing. Worth the money. One thing for travelers though. The approach road for the hotel is terrible. Huge slope and I exhausted myself pulling my bags. So if you have cars arranged, you will be good.
