Review Summary
Powered by Myra.AI
This property boasts a charming heritage vibe with quaint rooms and lovely lavender gardens, making it a cozy spot for budget travelers. Many guests appreciate the friendly staff and good value breakfast. However, the property faces criticism for cleanliness and outdated facilities, with some issues around maintenance and parking. Its prime location near the city and MCG is consistently highlighted.
Excellent
Good to stay there. Breakfast is worthwhile.
Good place to stay. Near to all major attractions.

One week vacation to Australia- good place
We planned for 1 week OZ trip which includes Sydney, Cairns and Melbourne. I and my wife stayed at this hotel for 3nights when we visited Melbourne. We were late to check-in, reached at 01. 00am to the hotel. Luckily the manager kept our keys in a safety box. It was a nice experience when we checked-in to a hotel without visiting any receptionist. The hotel doesn't have elevator or escalator which is the only problem. We carried around 80kgs of Baggage (total 3 suitcases) and struggled to reach our room at 2nd floor. We booked for a studio room, and we got our best I would say. Though the room is small, (100sq. Ft max), but its a good value for money at the location. The hotel is situated at the heart of city (3km to Sea life Aquarium and Melbourne Museum, just 15min walk to Melbourne Cricket ground), 25km to Airport. Decent breakfast Menu and free parking facilities. It's good budgetary hotel overall.
