Good property, bad service.

The room was fairly big and tidy. No elevator, only stairs. Breakfast has very limited options. Booked a cab from the hotel for airport transfer for early morning, which was late by 20 mins. Luckily I had taken cushion period so I was saved.

Pros: Prime location, walkable distance from ancient Town Near to Indian Restaurants, Highlands coffee one of the key Cafe in Vietnam Cheaper if booked directly and not MMT Cons: No lift, though I got help Average hotel, with basic amenities and breakfast Staff are not well trained, so you are on your own Smelly pool, I have doubts on its cleanliness Window at extra charges I won't book again, but it's good at the price they offer

All attraction is near to the hotel. Staff behavior was good, cleanness of room was superb. Breakfast serving chef behaviour was awesome. Motorbike facility also available at hotel
