I had a mostly pleasant experience during my stay at the hotel. The food quality was very good, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, making my overall stay enjoyable. However, I faced a serious issue regarding the security deposit. At the time of check-in, a certain amount was collected as a security deposit, but unfortunately, it was not refunded at check-out or afterward. Despite following up, there was no resolution provided. This was the only disappointing and frustrating part of my stay, and it left a negative impression. I sincerely hope the management looks into this matter and ensures transparency and proper handling of security deposits for future guests.
