Poor Stay

After having paid close to gbp 300 per night we were allotted a basement room with no windows. No customer service. No room service. No option to order any food anywhere after the breakfast was over. The breakfast was lousy. Scrambled eggs was the only cooked option, and that too wasn’t tasty. First day the cutlery plates were missing and no one to help. Service was perfunctory at best. No concept of pleasing the customer. Even water wasn’t offered in the room. You had to fill it from ground floor and take it with you to your room. Even the rooms are cramped and small. Difficult for two. Maybe ok for one.
