We upgraded our room to a GRAND DELUXE GARDEN room. The room was extremely spacious, facing the pool and the bar - a minutes walk from the beach. Overall the stay was excellent. Two areas of improvement would be - 1. The check in process should be faster - was extremely slow- Had to wait 20+ mins for our room and it was not done- later decided to upgrade room anyway. 2. The breakfast buffet should not be out of items.

One of my favourite hotel in Khao Lak

Swimming pool is so big and clean. Walking along the beach at sunset is perfect! Just not so many choices to eat at breakfast. We got a pool-view room which has a very nice balcony to relax and enjoy the view of the pool. We wish to go back there again.
