Pathetic staff

Me never seen such type of hotels in Pattaya. They don't care about customer problem. Me stay 5 days and my room has no tv remote I asked thousand times but they not given me always new excuse and secondly too much noise inside hotel. It's pathetic me not consider for this hotel to anyone.
