    I am so happy with the hotel and it's staff. They really kept the hotel awesome. Service was good and it's near to airport so easy to access.
    The hotel stay was really great I will surely visit once again in my next trip to Thailand. I realy thanks to make my trip for this wonderful hotel suggestion.

    Already shared my feedback, cleanliness is great

    The room is not in the same building, it was very small room, Not cleaned, WC not working. BASIC amenities not provided, Bath tub is dirty. Insects are there. Minibar fridge not working, the floor was wet due to water leakage. On intimating the same the hotel staff assured for room move which was not done moreover the hotel manager not brother to meet hotel guests.

    Room is good but location is too much terrific. This hotel is not on main road. This is inside in soi. So please don't book this hotel as this is too much inside area. And waiters and bellboys will book taxi for you because you are not on main road. So they always have commission from all taxis. One guy is from pakistan is there who speak very polite and book taxi for you from inside hotel and commission too much. That pakistani boy is not good guy.

    Need more cooperation towards India Tourist(Brown people) otherwise everything was good enough... As somehow hotel budget was good & location was good... Its worth to pocket as compared to overall hotels & need more specify by labels about food type in breakfast for veg or non veg menus & its content and ingredients in food & need more indian food menu in hotels.

    Value for money stay near BITEC

    Sole purpose to book this hotel was Ultra 2016 held in BITEC. This hotel is very near to BITEC centre by cab 5 mins. Rooms are clean. But hotel is old. Specially elevators are bit scary as they are too old. They have new building as well. Good points are they have mini markets at ground floor and you will get good breakfast too.

    Good if one goes to attend a conference in BITEC. One can walk down if wish. Last option for vegetarians. Certainly not for Indian vegetarians. Language is a problem. Imagine, drinking water is not free. For the first time I saw something like this. Water is actually a basic part of our oriental hospitality. Remember to log out from paid WiFi.
