pros - -location , rooms,overall ambience. hotel location is great, no difficulty in finding location.familiar with all cab drivers. - many options for food behind the hotel. - Hotel staff is friendly. - We requested for early check in, however it was not available for that particular day. cons - no provision for drinking water at reception lobby. Guest asking for drinking water where refused saying water bottles available in rooms after check in - room cleaning is very superficial. - we received torn bathroom towel(they replaced it on asking , however it should have not happened in 1st place) - breakfast menu is repitative, needs some variety.(indian options are okkish)Good for guests having who eat non-vegetarian. -

We had reservation for 2 adults and one 13 year old child. When we check in the hotel they told us that they will be charging us 40 dollars per day for breakfast for child. We checked out on 13 early at 4 am and didn't took breakfast but still they charged us for breakfast on 13 also. And they charged us approx 43 dollars per day for breakfast. We tried to discuss with them bt they were not ready to understand anything. They only wanted to charged us in any possibile manner they can

A very clean four star hotel located close to Orchard Street and Somerset MRT station. Food was delicious and the variety was also bountiful! The Hotel Staff of Holiday Inn City Centre Singapore were very polite, helpful and professional. Rooms were cleaned every morning and linen changed. The rooms were sanitized before we arrived. There are two Restaurants and a bar and cafe. The only area which may be improved is the breakfast buffet service especially between 9.30 to 10.30 AM because of the heavy tourist rush. However the staff did their best to cope with the rush which was clearly marked. A nice touch was a birthday cake on my birthday! Excellent place to stay and very good value for money. We enjoyed our stay of eight days! Already done

First they gave room that did not belong to Holiday Inn class .. then after persisting changed room .. every thing in the room was broken and they give such room to guest .. new room did not have even basic USB port to charge electronic gadgets .. Location was ok and food too expensive in Indian restaurant

A very clean four star Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre located close to Orchard Street and Somerset MRT station. Food was delicious and the variety was also bountiful! The Hotel Staff of Holiday Inn City Centre Singapore were very polite, helpful and professional. Rooms were cleaned every morning and linen changed. The rooms were sanitized before we arrived. There are two Restaurants and a bar and cafe. The only area which may be improved is the breakfast buffet service especially between 9.30 to 10.30 AM because of the heavy tourist rush. However the staff did their best to cope with the rush which was clearly marked. A nice touch was a birthday cake on my birthday! Excellent place to stay and very good value for money. We enjoyed our stay of eight days! Already done

The Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre stay was very comfortable (we were a family of four and had booked two rooms). The Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre accommodated our requests for adjacent rooms, bath-tub (in one of the rooms) and bidet. The breakfast spread was also quite extensive, with enough options of Indian food. Location is also nice - in a very clean and relatively upscale locality.

It was a great stay for 5 days in singapore. Hotel is located at primary location hardly 200 mtr from orchard road , centre of the city. Everything so accessible and easy. Good indian restaurents nearby or within the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre. Staff and overall service were excellent.would recommend this to all
