Mm t representative told he is surely working on that and manger left right now they’re offering date change and very next day representative will get in touch with confirmation but they called back after 4 days and saying for date change for a week when within 12 hours i m catching my return flights and not able to relocate n to his own recording for clarification and although in refund criteria he already confirmed and found it suitable for refund that’s the blunder it’s better to book other service providers it’s seems at least i never found miscommunication and false committeemen t and at least timely reply is rights of customer and professionally needed in this industry

We stayed for 3 nights and found that the food was not satisfactory in terms of taste and vegetarian options also the breakfast spread was not that great. The bakery can be improved too.
