Haunted, Isolated place with hospitality at all

Very isolated place, no one took the call for more than 3 times, we reached at 1 AM, guy denied to carry our bags, denied water in the room said need to take from common area and they and when ask3d for bottle they said they only have coffee mug and they don't provide glass or bottle, this is the worst experience I have had so far with any hotel.

I have stayed in tanjung puteri motel for two days from 1st october to 3rd october, it was a pleasant stay and memorable experience, the beach view is fabulous from motel and receptionist was very helpful and polite person. We cooked delicious meal from the motel kitchen
